Yeovil Town have the chance to move away from the relegation zone on Boxing Day if they win away at Bournemouth in the Championship.

Gary Johnson's side are currently two points adrift of safety in the table following a recent four-game unbeaten run.

Bournemouth, who have two victories from their last three matches, can climb as high as 12th place if other results go their way.
