FC Twente midfielder Leroy Fer will reportedly sign for Premier League side Everton within the next 24 hours.
The 23-year-old has been linked with a host of clubs in the past, including Tottenham Hotspur, Newcastle United and Italian champions Juventus.
However, the Toffees have been in talks with Twente and the player over the last few days and a successful conclusion is expected shortly, according to Sky Sports News.
It is also believed that David Moyes will not have to part with any of his current Everton squad to fund the deal for Fer, which is said to be costing around £8m.
