Fiorentina have announced that they have completed the signing of Spain midfielder Mario Suarez from Atletico Madrid.
The 28-year-old joins the Serie A outfit on a reported four-year deal, having enjoyed two spells at the Vicente Calderon.
"ACF Fiorentina is pleased to announce that the transfer of Mario Suarez Mata from Club Atletico de Madrid has now been completed," a Fiorentina statement read.
Suarez, who has three caps for La Roja, initially joined Atletico at the age of 12, before leaving for Mallorca in 2010 and returning two years later.
He made just 11 Liga starts last season.
Defender Stefan Savic joined Atletico from Fiorentina earlier this week.
