Hull City reportedly offer Steve Bruce the club's managerial vacancy following the dismissal of Nick Barmby last month.

Steve Bruce could make a return to management in the next few days following a reported offer from Hull City.

The Championship club have been in the hunt for a new boss since last month after the club decided to sack Nick Barmby from his post following a dispute with the club's board.

It is understood that former Sunderland boss Bruce has been approached by Hull to take the club forward next season, according to Sky Sports News.

Bruce has been out of work since November after he was dismissed from his post at the Stadium of Light following a difficult start to their Premier League campaign.
