Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola 'agrees to join Manchester City in the summer'

Reports in the Middle East claim that Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola has agreed to become the next manager of Manchester City.

Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola has allegedly agreed to join Manchester City as head coach this summer.

The Spaniard has made a "tentative agreement" with the Blues to replace Manuel Pellegrini at the Etihad Stadium, according to Qatari media giants Bein Sports.

Word of the switch appeared on the outlet's Arabic Twitter account, and former Sky Sports presenter Richard Keys - who is currently based in the Middle East - is claiming that the report is accurate.

Keys also claims that City are on the verge of tabling a big-money bid for Juventus and France star Paul Pogba.

He wrote on Twitter: "Understand the Guardiola verbal agreement with City to be true. And don't rule out a 100m dollar bid for Pogba."

City are yet to officially confirm the managerial change or their interest in Pogba.
