Manchester United have reportedly offered Angel Gomes a new contract worth £30,000 a week.
The 19-year-old will see his current deal with the Red Devils expire at the end of the season.
Gomes has made six first-team appearances for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side this season but has not featured since early January amid the uncertainty surrounding his future.
Chelsea are thought to be exploring the possibility of signing the teenager on a free transfer, but according to Metro, United have offered the attacker a £30,000-a-week deal to remain at Old Trafford.
The England Under-20 international has appeared on two occasions in the Premier League this term, with his last league outing for the first team coming against Norwich City on January 11.
Barcelona have also recently been linked with a potential move for the attacker.
