Napoli have been unable to find a way past Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk in a goalless first half in the second leg of their Europa League semi-final this evening.
The visitors started the match on the attack and in the second minute Gonzalo Higuain headed over the bar from Manolo Gabbiadini's cross.
Yevhen Konoplyanka soon threatened down the other end with a curling free kick that was comfortably held by Mariano Andujar.
Higuain then wasted a huge chance to give Napoli the lead when he was slid through by Gokhan Inler, before seeing his low drive blocked by Denis Boyko.
The Argentine had another promising opening for the visitors after he was picked out by Faouzi Ghoulam's cross, but his header was tipped behind by the keeper.
As the game moved past the half-hour mark, Dnipro came close to scoring when Yevhen Seleznyov's curling strike was touched behind by the fingertips of Andujar.
However, neither side were able to find the net, meaning that if the result stays the same at the final whistle then Dnipro will be heading through to the final.
