Relegation-threatened Racing Santander are still rooted to the bottom of the La Liga table after they were comfortably beaten 3-0 at home by Mallorca.

The evening got off to the worst possible start for the hosts as Emilio Nsue fired into the bottom corner after only a minute.

Racing never recoevered from the early shock, and they were 2-0 down two minutes after the break when Gonzalo Castro rifled in from inside the area.

Mallorca's win was sealed in the 53rd minute thanks to Alejandro Alfaro's close-range effort.
