World number one Novak Djokovic is two games away from clinching the Dubai Tennis Championships title following his 6-0 6-3 victory over Andreas Seppi.
The Serbian professional snatched a break of serve at the first time of asking and continued his dominance with a double break, which put Seppi under pressure.
The number seven seed was unable to recover and was forced to relinquish the first set without securing one game throughout the opening exchanges.
Djokovic's trademark athleticism was not put to the test, but Seppi was able to hold his serve in his opening game to give himself a chance in the contest.
Despite improving his service game, Djokovic's swiftness and precision on the court with his forehands and strong returns ensured that the Australian Open winner clinched a place in the final four.
