AC Milan defender Philippe Mexes has said that it is vital his side qualify for Europe this season.
The Rossoneri have endured a difficult campaign and they currently sit 10th in the Serie A table.
"The Europa League? It's fundamental, Milan can't stay out of Europe," Mexes told Milan Channel.
"We have to keep our heads up, it's a difficult League for everyone, and we have to win from Saturday onwards."
Milan's 2-1 defeat against Fiorentina on Monday evening stretched their winless run to three league games.
