Barcelona defender Jordi Alba has revealed that his team are desperate to win another treble this term after losing out in the Champions League last season.
The Catalan giants won La Liga, the Champions League and the Copa del Rey during the 2014-15 campaign, but had to watch Real Madrid lift the European Cup last season.
Despite winning another domestic double last term, Alba has insisted that Barcelona will never be satisfied unless they secure a clean sweep of trophies across the board.
"Our team is just like our fans - we want to win all the trophies. We are very excited about every competition, if we don't win the league then people might say the Champions League takes on added importance," Alba told reporters.
"Every fan will defend their team, but I'm very happy with this group of players and what we have been winning. The two trebles Barcelona have won have been unique - the first one was difficult but with fight and sacrifice we won another one. These trophies are our aims."
Barcelona will open their Champions League challenge for the 2016-17 campaign at home to Celtic on Tuesday night.
