Huddersfield Town defender Michael Hefele is reportedly the subject of interest from a number of Championship clubs.
Hefele made 42 appearances for Huddersfield during the 2016-17 campaign, but the 27-year-old has only featured once in the Premier League for the Terriers this season.
According to The Sun, a host of Championship clubs are hopeful of signing the German before the transfer window slams shut on Wednesday night.
Hefele, who joined Huddersfield from Dynamo Dresden on a free transfer in the summer of 2016, is said to be open to the possibility of leaving on a short-term deal in search of first-team football.
Hefele was on the bench for his team's 3-0 home defeat to Liverpool in the Premier League on Tuesday night.
