Manchester City could reportedly land Aston Villa's Fabian Delph on the cheap by exploiting a release clause in the midfielder's current contract.
Delph had been linked with a move away from Villa Park in the January transfer window, but went on to sign a new deal with the West Midlands outfit.
However, The Mirror claims that Delph may be available this summer for as little as £10m and that the Citizens are willing to take advantage of that clause.
It is thought that City are keen to add home-grown talent to their squad to comply with Premier League rules and may turn to Delph, with their rumoured pursuit of Jack Wilshere unlikely to result in a deal.
Delph joined Villa from Leeds United in 2009.
