Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri has suggested that Lorenzo Insigne and Goran Pandev could return after successful recuperation during the Winter break.
Partenopei are currently fifth in Serie A, but patchy form before the break has seen them slip ten points behind leaders Juventus.
"I have the feeling the break did Napoli good," Football Italia quotes the 51-year-old as saying. "A few players were really tired and needed to rest."
Last year's Coppa Italia winners return to action at home to Roma tomorrow, and Mazzarri has hinted at starts for Insigne and Pandev.
"[They] are both fired up and eager to play, so the decision is up to me," he added. "Roma are a very strong side and we need to be concentrated. They have a good mixture of young and experienced players, enough to create an explosive cocktail.
"I know the stadium will be packed out like any big occasion and that is pleasing."
Napoli's last game ended in a 2-0 win over Siena.
