Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has claimed that the Spanish outfit will not replace the injured Sami Khedira in the January transfer window.
The German international is unlikely to play again this season after suffering a serious knee injury in his country's 1-1 draw with Italy last week.
It had been suggested that Ancelotti would look to sign a replacement, but such rumours have now been quelled by the Italian.
"Khedira is very important for us. We have to find another solution and I am sure we will cope with this significant absence. We are not thinking about buying anyone in the winter transfer market," Ancelotti told reporters.
Prior to the injury, Khedira had been linked with a move away from the Spanish capital.
