Tottenham Hotspur will try to sign Sassuolo striker Simone Zaza this summer, according to reports.
The 23-year-old has impressed so far this season with eight Serie A goals, and he earned himself an international call-up last year.
The £12m-rated player's agent is due to fly to London to negotiate a deal, according to The Mirror. However, the report also says that Spurs have competition from Juventus.
It is understood that the Italian champions have first option on Zaza, which makes them the clear favourites to complete a deal at the end of the season.
Zaza has netted once in four games for Italy.
