Everton manager Roberto Martinez has hinted that the club could be tempted into making a bid for Tottenham Hotspur winger Aaron Lennon this summer.
The 28-year-old has spent the second half of the season on loan at Goodison Park, where he has helped the Toffees to turn around their fortunes in the Premier League.
Everton will reportedly have to cough up £9m if they wish to land the English flyer, although Martinez admits that no talks have yet taken place with the player's parent club.
"We haven't had any sort of conversations with Spurs," he told reporters. "I think the weekend is a significant game for Aaron Lennon, his last home game.
"He has had a phenomenal impact in our team. Whatever happens in the future has to be what the player is happy with. The reality is that Aaron has been a revelation, set high standards and made a massive contribution."
Lennon has scored two goals in his 12 appearances on Merseyside.
