Burnley boss Sean Dyche tips Danny Ings for England call-up

Burnley boss Sean Dyche believes that Danny Ings is worthy of an England call-up.

Burnley manager Sean Dyche believes that Danny Ings is showing all the right attributes to gain a place in the next England squad.

The 22-year-old has impressed this season in the Premier League having scored nine goals, five of which came within the last six games.

"People are making noises about England call-ups and I have always maybe played it down a little, but the way Danny is playing at the moment I can see absolutely why," Dyche told the club's official website.

"He is a very, very talented player and his movement, energy, will and quality are all the things you want out of a player, and he is a fantastic young man who I have a lot of respect for."

Ings has been linked with Liverpool and Real Sociedad in recent months as his contract at Turf Moor expires at the end of the season.
