Liverpool fans urged to support Anfield walkout protest against Sunderland

Liverpool fans are urged to hold an Anfield walkout against Sunderland on Saturday in protest against new ticket prices.

Liverpool supporters have been urged to make a protest at Anfield this Saturday against rising ticket prices.

Supporters group Spion Kop 1906 are calling on fans to walk out at the 77-minute mark of the Premier League match against Sunderland.

In a statement on Twitter, Spion Kop 1906 said: "LFC think it's acceptable to make more money than ever before from supporters. £2million more."

Saturday's game is the first since the club announced next season's ticket prices, with match tickets costing up to £77 and some season tickets over £1,000.
