Arsene Wenger is reportedly told that his job at Arsenal is safe.

Arsene Wenger has reportedly been told that his job at Arsenal is safe, despite a recent string of bad results.

The Gunners suffered a 4-0 Champions League defeat to AC Milan last week, and crashed out of the FA Cup following a 2-0 loss to Sunderland on Saturday.

Chief executive Ivan Gazidis has told Wenger that the Frenchman's future will not be discussed with the board, according to The Sun.

Wenger has said that his main priority this season is a top-four finish in the Premier League.

"People are always asking the same question but the first trophy is to finish in the top four and that's still possible for us," he said.

"I believe that is vital for us, so let's focus on that."

Arsenal are currently fourth in the league with 43 points from 25 games.
