Liverpool forward Darwin Nunez has reportedly been left frustrated after the club turned down a substantial transfer offer from Al-Nassr for his services.
This season, Nunez has netted six goals and registered four assists in 29 games across all competitions for the Premier League leaders.
Although his form has been varied, he has delivered some standout performances, such as a crucial brace in the dying moments to clinch a 2-0 victory over Brentford last month.
The Reds invested in the region of £85m to bring the Uruguayan international in from Benfica in 2022, but his long-term future at Anfield remains uncertain.

Nunez unhappy by Liverpool transfer stance
The Sun reports that Saudi Pro giants Al-Nassr showed strong interest in signing Nunez in the winter transfer window and were willing to make a significant offer to tempt him away from Anfield.
However, Liverpool made it clear they had no plans to part ways with the 25-year-old and shut down the PIF-owned club's offer immediately.
As a result, Al-Nassr redirected their attention to Aston Villa's Jhon Duran, ultimately completing a £64m transfer for the Colombian striker on Friday.
Nunez's frustration deepened when he was omitted from the squad for Liverpool's Champions League loss to PSV, but Arne Slot swiftly explained that his absence was due to illness, not related to any transfer rumours.
Reports following the incident indicate that the Reds could reevaluate the Uruguayan striker's situation in the summer, which might pave the way for a possible transfer.

Slot comments on transfer window activity
Liverpool have yet to make any additions this winter and are running out of time to bolster their squad in pursuit of Premier League and Champions League success.
Mohamed Salah is strongly linked with a move to the Saudi Pro League at the end of this season, while Virgil Van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold will also be out of contract at the end of the current campaign.
Slot seems focused on adding players in the upcoming summer, as he appears content with his current squad for the time being.
In a recent interview with the media, the Reds' boss said: "I know people sometimes question this because they haven't seen us doing a lot in the transfer market in the summer and now in the winter as well.
"There's a reason for that - because we're happy with the squad. But I do know we're definitely working on strengthening in the summer."
