James Rodriguez unsure when he will return

Real Madrid attacker James Rodriguez admits that he is still "a little way off" being ready to return from a thigh problem that he suffered at the start of September.

Real Madrid attacker James Rodriguez has admitted that he is not yet sure when he will be fit to return to action.

The Colombian has missed the last month of the campaign after suffering a thigh problem while on international duty, but it had been claimed that he would be fit face Levante on Saturday.

James, however, has said that while "the recovery is going well", he is still "a little way off" being ready to return to the side.

"The recovery's going well. I don't know if I'll be back for the next game, I'm still a little way off," Rodriguez told Marca.

James has scored twice in two league appearances for Real Madrid this season.
