Martin Olsson has reportedly handed in a transfer request at Blackburn Rovers.
Rovers director of football Shebby Singh admitted earlier this month that the club were likely to lose some of their stars this summer following relegation to the Championship.
Nigerian forward Yakubu has already departed to Chinese club Guangzhou R&F and Olsson now also looks likely to leave Ewood Park after informing club bosses of his desire to move on, according to The Sun.
West Ham United and Stoke City are believed to be among a host of clubs interested in the 24-year-old's signature.
