Barcelona B secure comeback victory

Girona remain in the Segunda Division relegation zone having been defeated 2-1 by Barcelona B.

Barcelona B have come from behind to defeat relegation-threatened Girona 2-1 at the Mini Estadia in the Spanish Segunda Division.

The visitors took the lead just short of the half-hour mark when Alfredo found the back of the net.

Sandro Ramirez levelled the contest on 66 minutes, before Munir El Haddadi scored a winner for Barcelona with just two minutes remaining.

The result ensures Girona remain in the Segunda Division relegation zone, while Barca occupy fifth place.
