Robbie Savage blasts "awful" Chelsea captain John Terry again

Robbie Savage blasts John Terry again by saying that the Chelsea captain was "awful" in last night's defeat to Leicester City.

Former Premier League footballer Robbie Savage has unleashed a fresh dig at Chelsea captain John Terry following Monday night's defeat to Leicester City.

In November, Terry hit out at Savage by claiming that he does not accept criticism from someone who played at a "really bad level".

Following Chelsea's 2-1 defeat to Leicester, which was the Blues' ninth league loss of the campaign, Savage slammed Terry's performance.

"I'm going to criticise John Terry again because he's the captain of that team and they looked a better side when he went off," Savage told BBC Radio 5 live. "If he wants to question me again I don't really care because tonight he was awful once again."

Chelsea are just one point above the relegation zone.
