Aaron Ramsey: 'We have regained our momentum'

Aaron Ramsey believes that Arsenal are back on course in their season following back-to-back wins over Borussia Dortmund and West Bromwich Albion.

Aaron Ramsey feels that Arsenal have regained their momentum in their season following back-to-back wins this week.

The Gunners fell to a 2-1 defeat to Manchester United in the Premier League last Saturday, but responded with a victory over Borussia Dortmund to secure their place in the knockout stages of the Champions League.

Arsene Wenger's men followed that up with a 1-0 win over West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns as a strike from Danny Welbeck eased the mounting pressure on the Frenchman.

Ramsey told the club's official website: "Even though there was pressure, we played well against Man United and just built on that. We won in midweek against Dortmund and carried on and got back to winning ways in the league, so hopefully we can continue this run now.

"It was important to build on midweek and keep this run going and it is nice to win again. It was never going to be easy with the quick turnaround but we did well, we dug in and got the three points."

Arsenal are sixth in the Premier League table, 13 points behind leaders Chelsea, following their win over the Baggies.
