The father and agent of Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain has insisted that the player has no intention of leaving the Bernabeu.
Reports have linked the player with moves to Chelsea and Juventus in the January transfer window.
However, the 24-year-old's agent Jorge Higuain has dismissed talk of him leaving the Spanish giants, insisting that he wants to see out his contract.
"Nobody at Real Madrid has said anything about wanting to sell Gonzalo and he doesn't have any intention of leaving," Higuain senior told La Stampa.
"Regarding the rumours that say Chelsea and Juventus are interested in my son, the only thing I can say is that they are both two great teams.
"He wants to continue with Real Madrid until his contract expires in June 2016."
Higuain joined Real Madrid from River Plate in 2006.
