Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Matt Jarvis has emerged as a reported transfer target for Stoke City.
The former England international has been widely tipped to leave Wolves this summer following their relegation to the Championship at the end of last season.
Stoke manager Tony Pulis is believed to be keen on adding some width to his squad this summer and has identified Jarvis as the ideal candidate, according to Sky Sports News.
Jarvis will hold talks with Wolves manager Stale Solbakken over the coming days regarding his future.
