Roma leave Pablo Daniel Osvaldo out of the starting XI for this afternoon's trip to Palermo.

Roma manager Aurelio Andreazzoli has once again left striker Pablo Daniel Osvaldo out of his starting XI for this afternoon's clash with Palermo.

Osvaldo is dropped in favour of a three-man attack featuring Francesco Totti, Erik Lamela and Alessandro Florenzi.

Totti will start in a withdrawn central role for a match which marks the 20th anniversary of his Roma debut.

Veteran midfielder Simone Perotta also starts, while forward Mattia Destro is deemed fit enough to return to the bench.

Struggling Palermo have opted to start Fabrizio Miccoli and Josip Ilicic in attack as they search for a first Serie A win since November.

Palermo: Sorrentino, Munoz, Von Bergen, Aronica, Morganella, Barreto, Donati, Kurtic, Dossena, Ilicic, Miccoli

Roma: Stekelenburg, Piris, Burdisso, Castan, Perrotta, De Rossi, Tachtsidis, Marquinho, Lamela, Florenzi, Totti
