Barcelona are reportedly chasing Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany.
The Belgium international is wanted by the La Liga leaders and, according to the Daily Mail, they will make a bid this summer.
Kompany signed a six-year deal with City last year but that is unlikely to put the Spanish side off as they look for a long-term replacement for the aging Carles Puyol.
Other reports have claimed that Barca are ready to offer Alexis Sanchez to City as part of the deal.
