Peterborough United have signed goalkeeper Scott Loach on loan from Rotherham United as cover for the injured Ben Alnwick.
The 26-year-old, who has also enjoyed a stint at Bury this campaign, will link up with the Posh on a one-month deal.
First-choice stopper Alnwick will miss between four to eight weeks with a thigh injury, forcing manager Darren Ferguson into the transfer market.
Having completed his short-term switch to London Road, Loach told the club's official site: "I jumped at the opportunity of coming to Peterborough.
"As a keeper, you need first-team football and when I heard of the club's interest, it was a move I was keen to make."
Peterborough are currently 11th in the League One table, having tasted victory in just one of their last 11 outings.
