Carlo Ancelotti: Cristiano Ronaldo injury "a minor annoyance"

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti says that Cristiano Ronaldo's injury is nothing but "a minor annoyance".

Carlo Ancelotti has said that the injury that forced Cristiano Ronaldo off early during Real Madrid's win over Borussia Dortmund this evening is a "minor annoyance".

The world player of the year picked up a knock late on during the 3-0 win in the first leg of Real's Champions League quarter-final.

The manager told reporters: "Cristiano had a knee injury. I've taken him out to avoid risks. He is not injured, just a minor annoyance."

Ronaldo scored the team's third goal of the match.
