Isco: 'Real Madrid deserve lead over Borussia Dortmund'

Isco says that Real Madrid deserve their 3-0 lead over Borussia Dortmund following the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final.

Isco has said that Real Madrid deserve their 3-0 lead over Borussia Dortmund in their Champions League quarter-final.

The Spaniard scored the second of the team's three goals at the Bernabeu this evening, with Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo also on the scoresheet.

"The score is gorgeous, especially because we have not conceded a goal," BBC Sport quotes the 21-year-old as saying.

"The result is deserved and we have a very good 3-0. Last year no-one would have thought that Madrid would lose 4-1 in Dortmund. Let us go out and win in Germany."

The second leg of the tie takes place next Tuesday.
