Sami Khedira has expressed his anger at being made a "scapegoat" every time Real Madrid fail to play well.
The German has been regularly criticised by the fans and Spanish media since moving to the Santiago Bernabeu over three years ago from Stuttgart but found himself in the starting lineup under Jose Mourinho.
However, Khedira has been linked with a move away in recent times due to featuring less with Carlo Ancelotti in charge, and he isn't too pleased with his current situation.
"I feel badly treated by the Spanish press," Khedira told Kicker. "I am never among their favourites.
"I began the season on the bench, and again I am the scapegoat. I am not valued, even when my performances are good. I am not Spanish, I did not cost a lot, and I am a disciple of Mourinho."
Arsenal, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain have all been linked with a move for Khedira.
