Chelsea have reportedly opened contract talks with 19-year-old striker Armando Broja, who has spent this season on loan at Vitesse.
The youngster scored 11 goals in 36 appearances for the Dutch side during his first campaign in a senior first-team squad, and helped Thomas Letsch's side secure a fourth-placed finish in the Eredivisie.
As Tammy Abraham and Olivier Giroud look set to leave Stamford Bridge this summer after limited gametime under Thomas Tuchel, the German is searching for attacking options ahead of the 2021-22 campaign.
According to Sky Sports News, despite interest from a host of top European clubs, Broja is set to be offered a new contract with the Blues as his current deal is due to expire at the end of next season.
Broja enjoyed a successful year in 2020 as he made his Chelsea first-team debut under Frank Lampard and broke into the Albanian national team after representing his country at youth level.
Born in England, Broja developed through the Chelsea academy before making his loan move to the Netherlands.
