Manchester United striker Joshua Zirkzee has escaped a ban by the FA following a controversial celebration during their match against Southampton.
Amad Diallo stole the spotlight in United's victory over the Saints on Thursday night, scoring a hat-trick to spare his team's blushes after an underwhelming performance at Old Trafford.
The Ivorian netted three goals in just 12 minutes, including one in the 90th minute and another in the fourth minute of stoppage time, sealing all three points for his team.
Diallo's heroics led to jubilant scenes with his teammates celebrating in front of the home crowd, though Zirkzee's emotions seemed to get the better of him during one of the goal celebrations.

FA opt against handing Zirkzee match ban
Amid the excitement of Diallo's brilliant hat-trick, United striker Joshua Zirkzee was seen grabbing his crotch during the celebrations which landed him in hot water.
Players have faced punishment for similar actions, including Jude Bellingham, who was fined £25,000 and given a suspended one-match ban for the same gesture during Euro 2024.
Additionally, Cristiano Ronaldo received a one-game ban for making an inappropriate gesture towards opposition fans while playing for Al-Nassr in the Saudi Pro League last year.
However, the FA has now issued a statement confirming that Zirkzee will not face any punishment, but has reminded the Netherlands international of his responsibilities as a professional player.
The official statement from the FA read: "As guidance, we have issued Joshua Zirkzee with a reminder of his responsibilities, and he will face no further action."
The 23-year-old came on in the 53rd minute against the Saints, replacing Rasmus Hojlund in attacking, and played a significant role in allowing Diallo to secure his treble on the evening.

Man United eyeing attacking reinforcements
Man United have been linked with a host of players this month, and The Mirror reports that the Red Devils are still 'hopeful' of sealing a deal for Sporting Lisbon striker Viktor Gyokeres.
The Swedish forward is in high demand following an outstanding season, with the report adding that Arsenal are also considering triggering his £83m release clause.
However, it is understood that United still fancy their chances of signing the striker given their strong relationship with Sporting, along with the appeal of the forward reuniting with his former manager Ruben Amorim.
The Red Devils have scored 26 goals this season, with Hojlund netting just two goals in 16 games, while Zirkzee has netted three times in 21 Premier League appearances.
United's victory over Southampton was their first in five league games and they will look to notch up a second victory on the bounce when they play host to Brighton & Hove Albion on Sunday.
