Arsenal are reportedly set to step up their pursuit of Brighton & Hove Albion lynchpin Yves Bissouma amid interest from Liverpool and Leicester City.
Gunners boss Mikel Arteta has already waved goodbye to one midfielder in Dani Ceballos following his return to parent club Real Madrid, while Granit Xhaka is allegedly edging closer towards a move to Roma.
As a result, Arsenal are expected to strengthen in the middle of the park this summer, and they are believed to have set their sights on a move for Sassuolo's Manuel Locatelli.
The Gunners have long been linked with a swoop for Bissouma, though, and 90min claims that the Mali international remains Arteta's priority midfield target.
However, Leicester and Liverpool - two sides plying their trade in Europe next term - are also thought to be interested in Bissouma, who would reportedly command a £50m transfer fee to leave the Amex Stadium.
The 24-year-old started 35 Premier League games last season - scoring a solitary goal - and his deal with Brighton is set to expire in 2023.
