Juventus reportedly consider sending Nicklas Bendtner back to Arsenal early, following the on-loan forward's disappointing start to the season.

On-loan Juventus forward Nicklas Bendtner could be poised to make a premature return to Arsenal.

The 24-year-old joined the Serie A champions on a season-long deal in August, but he has so far struggled to make an impact in Turin.

Bendtner has yet to score in seven appearances for Juve and, according to The Sun, the Italian club are considering sending him back to the Gunners early.

Bendtner's current Arsenal contract is due to expire in June 2014.
