Willian, Pedro to miss Arsenal visit

Jose Mourinho says that Pedro and Willian will more than likely miss Chelsea's upcoming visit of Arsenal through injury.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has revealed that both Willian and Pedro are likely to miss Saturday's visit of Arsenal at Stamford Bridge.

An injury saw Pedro left out of the Blues' squad for tonight's 4-0 Champions League win over Maccabi Tel Aviv, while Willian - who opened the scoring - was forced off after just 23 minutes with a muscle problem.

"Willian is out for sure, I think Pedro is out for sure. I prefer problems when players are playing well than problems when players are playing badly," the Portuguese told reporters at full time.

The Premier League champions have won just once from five domestic outings in a run of form that has left them 11 points behind high-flying Manchester City already.

Mourinho's side sit 17th in the table ahead of welcoming the Gunners to West London.
