Spartak Moscow have claimed that they reached an agreement with Everton to sign Diniyar Bilyaletdinov.
The Russian club have also revealed that they have agreed personal terms with the winger and now only a medical is required to finalise the move.
Bilyaletdinov joined the Toffees in 2009 following a five-year stint with Lokomotiv Moscow.
Despite featuring on a regular basis during his first season in England, the 26-year-old has failed to force his way into David Moyes's plans in recent months.
Spartak have so far refused to reveal the fee that they will pay Everton.
