Nice confirm Hatem Ben Arfa will be out for a month with hamstring injury

Nice confirm that Hatem Ben Arfa will be out of action for four months with a hamstring injury.

Nice have confirmed that Hatem Ben Arfa will be sidelined for one month with a hamstring injury.

The 28-year-old, who signed for the French outfit in January last year, suffered the problem during last Saturday's 1-0 defeat to AS Monaco.

The France international is the club's top scorer this season with 11 goals.

A statement from Nice read: "He had tests at the start of the week which revealed an injury to the right hamstring. He will be absent for between four and five weeks."

Ben Arfa, who spent four years at Newcastle United, is expected to miss at least four matches.
