Eden Hazard: 'Premier League rivals regret snubbing Cesc Fabregas'

Eden Hazard has suggested that Cesc Fabregas's decision to opt for a move to Chelsea may have left some Premier League rivals frustrated.

Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard has claimed that their Premier League rivals will have regrets about not signing Cesc Fabregas before he moved to Stamford Bridge.

Manchester United and Arsenal were among the clubs heavily linked with a deal from the Spaniard, but failed to complete a move for the ex-Barcelona player and Hazard has suggested that his decision to join the West London outfit may have irked some of their closest challengers.

The Belgian playmaker told the Daily Telegraph: "I was happy when he signed. I play football to play with the best players in the world and he is one of the best.

"When you can get Fabregas and after he decides to join the other team you must be frustrated a little bit but Chelsea are happy."

Chelsea lead the Premier League table by three points going into their game with Arsenal on Sunday.
