Barcelona coach Tito Vilanova has admitted that Bayern Munich deserved to beat his side in the Champions League semi-finals.

A 3-0 victory for Bayern at the Camp Nou on Wednesday gave the Germans an emphatic 7-0 aggregate triumph.

"Bayern are physically at a great level," Vilanova is quoted as saying by Goal.com. "The difference today between the sides was massive and I congratulate them on their progression, but also thanks to our fans for their support."

Barcelona return to La Liga action this weekend when they entertain Real Betis.
