Bolton Wanderers boss Dougie Freedman not surprised by Leeds United win

Bolton Wanderers boss Dougie Freedman claims that his side's 5-1 win at Leeds United on Saturday had been coming.

Bolton Wanderers manager Dougie Freedman has claimed that his side's 5-1 victory over Leeds United had been coming.

The Trotters moved 10 points clear of the Championship relegation zone with the win at Elland Road on Saturday.

"Over the past couple of months, we've been playing really well," Clubcall.com quotes the Bolton boss as saying.

"This result has been coming. The fans are starting to see a young manager with younger players playing a certain way and getting results in a certain fashion."

Bolton travel to Derby County on Tuesday evening.
