Fabio Capello believes that Inter Milan president Erick Thohir is failing to strengthen the Serie A side.
Inter are currently sitting in fifth place in the league table, and former AC Milan player and manager Capello insists the club's president has not done enough to help the Italian giants push on.
"When you change the president of a club, that person is expected to be someone who can change something to strengthen the team - the truth is Thohir isn't doing that," Forza Italian Football quotes the current Russia manager as saying.
"Whoever takes control of an important team like Inter can not do certain things. This team is ambitious, the fans remember victories and happy moments, you cannot think about a year of transition."
Thohir has been the Nerazzuri president since November 2013 after buying a large share in the club from Massimo Moratti.
