Liverpool full-back Neco Williams has joined Fulham on loan for the rest of the season.
The two clubs were locked in talks throughout deadline day, with Liverpool keen to sign Fabio Carvalho and Fulham eager to take Williams in the opposite direction.
The deal to take Carvalho to Anfield at the end of the season ultimately collapsed due to paperwork not being submitted in time, but Fulham were able to complete a deal for Wales international Williams.
The 20-year-old arrives at Craven Cottage for the remainder of the campaign, during which time he will look to help Fulham secure promotion back to the Premier League.
"Neco is a great young talent and I'm delighted to welcome him to Fulham for the rest of the season," owner Tony Khan told the club's official website.
"It's important, especially with Denis [Odoi] now leaving the club, to bring in a player of Neco's quality to ensure the strength of the squad."
Williams could make his debut for Fulham against Manchester City in the FA Cup on Saturday.
