Marcelo Bielsa hints at Marseille exit

Marseille coach Marcelo Bielsa reveals that a termination clause in his contract could see him leave the club at the end of the season.

Marseille coach Marcelo Bielsa has suggested that he could leave the club at the end of the season due to a termination clause in his contract.

The Argentine, who arrived at the Stade Velodrome in July, has guided Marseille to the top of the Ligue 1 table after six games.

However, despite signing a two-year deal with the club, Bielsa has revealed that he could be on his way out when the current campaign finishes.

"I do not like to make long-term plans. Besides, I have a contract for one year and not two with l'OM, at my request," he is quoted as saying by Goal.com.

"It's a decision made so that the management can see my project. I signed a contract for two years with a termination clause after one year, valid for both parties."

Marseille continue their Ligue 1 campaign on Tuesday night with a trip to Reims.
