Half-Time Report: AS Monaco in control at Reims

Goals from Fabinho and Anthony Martial inside the opening 14 minutes give AS Monaco a 2-0 lead over Reims at half time of their Ligue 1 meeting.

AS Monaco have taken a convincing 2-0 lead into half time of their Ligue 1 meeting against Reims this evening.

Just five minutes had elapsed before Fabinho struck home from a tight angle inside the area to put the Red and Whites into an early lead.

Anthony Martial coolly lofted the ball over the reach of Kossi Agassa for the visiting side's second on the 15-minute mark as the Champions League quarter-finalists continued their dominance.

It could have been three prior to the interval had Marital kept his nerve, but he was unable to get the better of Agassa for a second time to ensure that Reims still had a glimmer of hope heading into the break.
