The teams beginning with S come out on top in League One on Tuesday, with Swindon, Scunthorpe and Stevenage each picking up three points.

The teams beginning with S had a good night in League One as Swindon Town, Scunthorpe United and Stevenage picked up three points this evening.

James Collins struck the winner for Swindon in the 53rd minute against Colchester United to move Paolo Di Canio's side back above Bournemouth into third.

A brace from Akpo Sodje, that included an 84th-minute winner, helped Scunthorpe beat fellow strugglers Portsmouth to climb out of the drop zone.

Stevenage were 2-0 winners against Notts County, with Sam Hoskins scoring a minute from the start and Marcus Haber sealing the points a minute from the end. The Boro move up three places to 12th with the win.

The matches between Oldham and Yeovil and Sheffield United and Crawley were postponed because of bad weather.
