UEFA orders Dynamo Kiev to close part of stadium for Everton visit

UEFA orders Dynamo Kiev to close section 21 of its Olympic Stadium for the upcoming last-16 Europa League tie against Everton.

UEFA has ordered Dynamo Kiev to close part of its stadium for the upcoming last-16 Europa League second leg against Everton on March 19.

The sanction is punishment for crowd disturbances that delayed Dynamo's clash against Guingamp in the last round by 15 minutes.

As well as the closure of section 21 of the Olympic Stadium, UEFA has fined the Ukrainian club €70,000 (£50,800).

Everton said today that they are hoping to make an announcement on their ticket allocation soon.
